1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging, unless the return is due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, modification, or damage caused by improper handling.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of verified defects:

  • Custom-built shipping container homes

  • Modified or personalized container units

  • Special-order configurations

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Installed or used products

Because many of our products are built-to-order or customized, all sales of personalized units are considered final once production has begun.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  • Keep all original packaging materials for inspection

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the damaged components

  • Repair service coordination

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (if applicable)


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed.

  3. Funds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days (depending on your financial institution).

Shipping fees, delivery charges, crane services, site preparation costs, and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • For large container units, return shipping arrangements must be coordinated with our logistics team.

  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services where applicable.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to production and administrative fees.

  • Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled.


7. Warranty Coverage

All eligible products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted through our customer service department.

  • Customers must retain proof of purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Improper installation

    • Unauthorized modifications

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or environmental conditions

Warranty terms may vary depending on the product manufacturer.


8. How to Request a Return or Refund
