This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, terms, and
conditions for purchases made at Shipping Container Homes Store.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Bank Transfer (EFT) – direct deposit to our Australian bank account
• PayID – instant payment via your mobile number or email
• PayPal
• BPAY
• Afterpay (for orders under A$2,000 – subject to approval)
All online payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant
Australian payment gateways with SSL encryption.
Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive
of 10% GST.
When Payment Is Due
Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. Orders are
placed on hold until payment clears.
For large or bulk orders over A$15,000, we may offer a 50% deposit
arrangement with the balance payable before dispatch. Contact us
for details.
GST and Tax Invoices
All prices on our website include 10% GST. A tax invoice compliant
with Australian Tax Office (ATO) requirements will be issued upon
payment confirmation, showing:

• Total amount including GST
• GST amount
• Invoice number and date
Payment Security
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment
processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our
servers. All sensitive payment information is handled by our
trusted payment partners.
Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to
cancel the order. You will be notified before any charges are
processed and any payments already made will be fully refunded.
Failed or Disputed Payments
If your payment fails or is disputed:
• Your order will be placed on hold
• We will contact you to resolve the issue
• Orders not resolved within 7 days may be cancelled
• If a chargeback is initiated without valid reason, we reserve the
right to recover the disputed amount plus reasonable costs
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and are
governed by our Refund & Return Policy and the Australian Consumer
Law. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your
account, depending on your bank.
Bank Transfer Details
For customers paying by EFT or PayID, our bank details will be
provided on your order confirmation. Please include your order
number as the payment reference.
International Customers
We currently only sell to and ship within Australia. International
customers are not supported at this time.
